  • This assessment and tailor made treatment will include your changing posture, breathing and core strength
  • Management and advice of conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, Diastasis Recti and urinary incontinence
  • Nutritional support of how to support your body and your growing baby.

3rd Trimester Preparation 1:1 (1hr - £65)

  • This is the time for preparation
  • This assessment will teach you ways to prepare physically for labour and birth, vaginally or for a C-Section
  • Education of what to expect at each stage
  • Nutritional Support of how to support your body and your growing baby
  • Preparing for the fourth trimester, what you can expect physically and how to get give yourself the best healing and recovery possible.
