The process of recovery, healing and strengthening can be daunting and confusing. This Post Natal recovery course not only gives incredible ‘wish I’d have known’ education and advice about the forever changing body.
Topics that are covered include postural changes, breathing, the pelvic floor, Diastasis Recti and movement. There are 4 pre-recorded practical sessions starting at the very beginning of recovery right through to more traditional Pilates with differing levels all the way through making it suitable for whatever ability you start with.
This is suitable to purchase when you are pregnant or even in the early days after having a baby for the education alone. The practical exercises are recommended after having a six week check with your GP.
